It is nice to see these comparisons over time, and it shows great overall trust in our product from our valued customers. We really appreciate that continued support you give us.

While the score has lowered compared to earlier years, due to factors such as increased growth and consequent resource strain, we're staying driven and focused on what's next. We know there is work to do and we are committed to adding value at every turn.

Our team might be small, but with recent additions we are adding great value, sharpening our product, and moving forward with confidence. The future looks bright.

Why NPS Matters in SaaS

In SaaS, long term success depends on customer satisfaction and retention. Unlike one time product sales, SaaS thrives on long term subscriptions and renewals ( Klieverik )

NPS offers a solid way to understand how satisfied customers are, how likely they are to stay, and where churn risks appear ( Reichheld ). But it is not the only tool. We combine NPS insights with behavioral data, like what we track in GA4 and what users tell us, to improve the overall user experience.
